Korean Meat Patty Mix [동그랑땡믹스]

Instruction


Shape the patties

Scoop a small amount of the mixture and shape it into small, round patties (about 2–3 inches wide).

Lightly coat with flour

Dust each patty lightly with flour to help the egg coating stick and to create a nice crust.

Dip in beaten eggs

Prepare a bowl of beaten eggs. Dip each floured patty into the egg mixture, coating both sides evenly.

Preheat the pan

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil.

Pan-fry the patties

Place the patties in the pan and cook over medium–low heat.Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, until they turn golden brown and are fully cooked through.



모양 잡기

반죽을 한 스푼씩 떠서 5~6cm 정도의 동그란 모양으로 빚습니다.

밀가루 입히기

패티 양면에 밀가루를 얇게 묻혀주세요.(계란물이 잘 붙고 더 고소한 식감이 나요.)

계란물 입히기

그릇에 풀어놓은 계란물에 패티를 넣어 양면을 골고루 코팅합니다.

팬 예열하기

약불~중약불로 팬을 달군 뒤 기름을 두릅니다.

부치기

패티를 팬에 올리고 약불~중약불에서 천천히 부칩니다.한 면당 3~4분 정도 노릇하게 익혀주세요.

Flour (for coating)
