Korean Chewy Noodle [쫄면]

Ingredients

cabbage

soybean sprouts

egg

cucumber

carrot

chewy noodle


Instructions:


1.냄비에 물을 넣고 물이 끓기 시작하면 쫄면을 넣고 5분정도 삶아줍니다.

2.삶아진 면은 찬물에서 헹구어준뒤 물기를 빼줍니다.

3.그릇에 면을 넣고 준비된 야채를 올려줍니다.

4.계란을 반 잘라 올려줍니다.

5.양념장을 기호에맞게 양조절해서 올려준뒤, 참기름 한스푼을 두르듯 뿌려주세요!

6. 이제 모든 재료를 비벼 드세요.


1.Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add the jjolmyeon noodles and cook for about 5 minutes.

2.Rinse the cooked noodles in cold water and drain well.

3.Place the noodles in a bowl and top with the prepared vegetables.

4.Cut the boiled egg in half and place it on top.

5.Adjust the amount of seasoning sauce to your liking and add it to the bowl. Drizzle one tablespoon of sesame oil over the top.

6.Mix all the ingredients together before eating. Enjoy!
