Instruction
육수 끓이기: 냄비에 동봉된 닭육수와 물(필요 시)을 넣고 중불에서 끓입니다.
야채 및 고명 넣기: 동봉된 야채와 고명을 넣습니다.
닭고기 넣기: 육수가 끓기 시작하면 동봉된 닭고기를 넣고 약 3분 정도 끓입니다.
면 준비하기: 칼국수 면은 삶기 전에 가볍게 물에 한 번 헹궈 전분기를 제거합니다.
면 삶기: 육수가 끓는 냄비에 면을 넣고 약 4~5분간 끓입니다. 면이 서로 붙지 않도록 가끔 저어주세요.
간 맞추기: 기호에 따라 동봉된 양념장이나 소금, 후추로 간을 맞춥니다.
동봉된 양념장은 드실때 국물에 넣어 드시거나 찍어 드시면 더욱 맛있습니다.
1. Boil the Broth: Pour the included chicken broth into a pot and add water if needed. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Add Vegetables and Garnishes: Add the included vegetables and garnishes to the pot.
3. Add Chicken: Once the broth starts boiling, add the included chicken and cook for about 3 minutes.
4. Prepare the Noodles: Before cooking, lightly rinse the kalguksu noodles under running water to remove excess starch.
5. Cook the Noodles: Add the noodles to the boiling broth and cook for about 4–5 minutes. Stir occasionally so the noodles do not stick together.
6. Season to Taste: Adjust the seasoning with the included sauce, or add salt and pepper according to your preference.
7. Serving Tip: The included sauce can also be enjoyed as a dipping sauce while eating for extra flavor.
