Tofu Kimchi with Stir-Fried Pork [두부 김치 제육]

How to Boil Tofu

Option 1: Microwave

  1. Place the tofu in a microwave-safe container and add enough water to cover the bottom.

  2. Microwave on high for 1 to 1.5 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through.

  3. Cut the tofu into your desired shape and size.

Option 2: Stovetop

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Add the tofu to the boiling water and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the tofu is heated through.

  3. Remove the tofu from the water and let it cool down before slicing or using in your recipe.

  4. Cut the tofu into your desired shape and size.

두부 데치기

  1. 전자레인지 용기에 두부를 넣고, 바닥이 잠길만큼 물을 부어 1분~1분30초 간 데워주세요.

  2. 찬물에 두부를 넣고 물이 끊기 시작하면 3~5분 정도 있다가 두부를 꺼내어 한 김 식힌 다음 썰어주세요.
