Stir-fried Beef Loin & Mung Bean Sprouts [우삼겹숙주볶음]

1. 프라이팬에 쇠고기 우삼겹 슬라이스를 넣고 노릇노릇해질 때까지 2-3분간 볶는다. 2. 프라이팬에 숙주를 넣고 2분 정도 더 볶는다. 숙주의 숨이 약간 잦아들때 까지 볶는다. (기호에 따라 원하는 식감에 맞게 조리 시간을 조절합니다.) 3. 나머지 야채와 소스를 넣고 1~2분 정도 고루 코팅 되도록 볶는다.
1. Add the beef loin slices to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are browned and cooked through.
2. Add the mung bean sprouts to the skillet and continue stir-frying for an additional 2 minutes, until the sprouts are slightly wilted but still crunchy.
3. Pour the sauce mixture over the beef and mung bean sprouts. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to coat everything evenly and allow the flavors to meld together.
