Spicy Whelks Salad with Dried Pollack [황태골뱅이 무침]


Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked whelks and shredded dried pollack.

  2. Pour the dressing over the whelks and pollack in the mixing bowl, and toss to coat evenly.

  3. Add the chopped green onions to the salad, if desired, and mix again.

  4. Transfer the spicy whelks salad to a serving dish, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

  5. Serve and enjoy!

*Both the whelks and dried pollack can be added directly to the salad without the need to boil them separately."

  • 구성품 : 모듬 야채, 골뱅이, 황태, 양념장

  • 큰 볼안에 야채와 골뱅이, 황태를 넣는다.

  • 양념을 넣고 조물조물 무쳐주면 완성!

* 별도로 골뱅이를 데치거나 황태를 불리실 필요 없습니다.
