Thai Fried Fish [타이생선까스]

Spicy Soft Tofu with

Ingredients:

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

spring onion

flour

egg

thai basil

thai red pepper

Tilapia


Instructions:

1. 생선까스를 에어프라이어에 350도 앞뒤로 바꿔가며 5분씩 굽습니다.

2. 소스를 팬에 붓고 끓어오를때까지 살짝 끓입니다.

3. 소스가 끓면 불을끄고 생선을 앞뒤로 빠르게 묻힙니다.


  1. Cook the fish cutlets in the air fryer at 350 degrees, flipping them over every 5 minutes until golden brown.

  2. Pour the sauce into a pan and simmer it gently until it starts to boil.

  3. Once the sauce is boiling, turn off the heat and quickly dip the fish cutlets in it, coating both sides.
