Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the sweet potatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly browned.
Add the chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and sweet potatoes and stir to coat evenly.
Add vegetables, and rice cakes to the pan and stir to combine.
Cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve hot with rice and enjoy your delicious Dak-galbi!
