Spicy Grilled Dried Pollack with Seasoning [황태포 양념구이]

1. 팬사용시 : 기름을 두른 후 팬을 달. 이때 물을 1TS 과 기름 1TS 을 두르고 팬을 약불로 달구어 준다. 황태를 올리고 7분 정도 조리 후 접시에 담아 먹는다.

2. 전자레인지 사용시 : 개봉 후 포장 팩 그대로 전자레인지 (700W)에서 3분간 데워 드시면 됩니다. 1. Pan-Seared Pollack:

• Heat a pan with oil over low heat.

• Mix 1 TS water and 1 TS oil, add it to the pan.

• Place pollack, cook for 7 minutes.

• Transfer to a plate and enjoy.

2. Reheating Instructions:

• Open the package.

• Microwave at 700W for 3 minutes.
