1 pack of anchovy broth
1 pack of marinate chicken and vegetables
In a medium-sized pot, combine the anchovy broth, seasoned chicken, and chopped potatoes.
Simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Allow the mixture to simmer for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally to ensure even seasoning absorption.
If the seasoning dries up before the potatoes are fully cooked, add water little by little to maintain the desired consistency.
Once the potatoes are fully cooked and the beef is tender, turn off the heat and let the stew cool for a few minutes.

솥에다가 육수와 물, 양념된 고기와 감자를 넣고 감자가 익을 때 까지 중간불에서 끓인다.
양념골고루 베어들기 위해서 중간중간 한번씩 저어준다.
양념이 졸아들면 물을 조금씩 보충하면서 감자가 익을 때 까지 약 50분~1시간 가량 끊여준다.
