Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning according to your preference by adding more of the remaining seasoning mixture.
Continue stir-frying until the bean sprouts are slightly cooked but still crispy. If you prefer them more tender, cook them for a few more minutes.
Once the bean sprouts are cooked to your desired texture, remove from heat.
Serve the Soybean Sprout Bulgogi as a side dish or with steamed rice for a delicious and nutritious meal.
