Soybean Sprout Bulgogi [콩나물 불고기]


  1. Preheat a wide frying pan with oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the soybean sprouts and pork belly slices to the pan with suace.

  3. Taste the dish and adjust the seasoning according to your preference by adding more of the remaining seasoning mixture.

  4. Continue stir-frying until the bean sprouts are slightly cooked but still crispy. If you prefer them more tender, cook them for a few more minutes.

  5. Once the bean sprouts are cooked to your desired texture, remove from heat.

  6. Serve the Soybean Sprout Bulgogi as a side dish or with steamed rice for a delicious and nutritious meal.

  1. 넓직한 프라이팬을 기름을 둘러 예열합니다.

  2. 팬에 콩나물과 삼겹살, 그리고 양념장을 모두 넣습니다.

  3. 양념장은 반만 넣고 맛을 본 다음 추가로 기호에 따라 넣습니다.

  4. 콩나물이 숨이 덜 죽었을 때 아삭하게 먹거나 푹 익혀서 드실 수도 있습니다.
