예열된 후라이팬에 오일을 두스푼 넣어주세요.
약불로 줄인후 삼겹살을 올려 잘 구워줍니다.
어느정도 익으면 꺼냅니다.
에어프라아기 사용
에어프라이어기에 삽겹살을 넣습니다.
160도로 5분동안 돌립니다.
뒤집어서 3분을 추가로 돌립니다.
Pan Cooking Method
Add two spoons of oil to a preheated frying pan.
Lower the heat to medium-low, place the pork belly in the pan, and cook it well.
Once it's cooked to your liking, take it out.
Using an Air Fryer
Place the pork belly in the air fryer.
Cook it at 160°C (320°F) for 5 minutes.
Flip it over and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
