Mussel Soup [홍합탕]

홍합이 담긴 용기를 가스렌지 위에 올려 놓는다.
홍합이 잠길 정도로 멸치 육수를 붓는다.
마늘과 고추를 기호에 맞게 추가한다.
간은 물을 넣어 조절한다.
Place a pot on the gas stove and add the mussels.
Pour in enough anchovy stock to submerge the mussels.
Add garlic and chili to taste.
Adjust the consistency of the soup by adding water, and bring to a gentle boil.
Simmer for 8 minutes, or until the mussels have fully opened and are tender.
