Heat and eat


Ingredients:

beef

soy sauce (soybeans, wheat, salt, water)

korean chili flake

jalapeno

sesame oil

salt

flour

egg



Instructions:

1.팬에 기름을 약간 두른후 중간불에서 앞뒤를 부쳐줍니다.

2.노릇노릇 예쁘게 부친 육전은 키친타월 위에 올려 기름을 빼줍니다.


육전 맛있게 먹는 Tip

1.첨가된 소스를 찍어 맛있게 먹습니다.

2.상추, 깻잎, 고추, 마늘 등을 곁들여 쌈으로 싸 먹으면 더욱 신선하고 맛있습니다.

3.육전을 잘게 썰어 비빔밥에 얹어 먹으면 고소한 고기의 맛이 비빔밥에 더해져 풍부한 맛을 즐길 수 있습니다.

4.차가운 육전을 썰어 물냉면이나 비빔냉면에 얹어 드시면 진주식 특별 육전냉면이 됩니다.




Cooking Instructions:

  1. Lightly oil the pan and pan-fry the beef slices on medium heat until both sides are cooked.

  2. Place the golden-brown, beautifully cooked yukjeon on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.


Tips for Enjoying Yukjeon:

  1. Dip the yukjeon in the accompanying sauce for enhanced flavor.

  2. For a fresh taste, wrap the yukjeon in lettuce, perilla leaves, and add chili peppers or garlic.

  3. Slice the yukjeon into small pieces and add it to bibimbap to enjoy the rich, savory taste of the beef mixed with the rice and vegetables.

  4. For a Jinju-style special dish, slice cold yukjeon and place it on top of mul naengmyeon (cold noodle soup) or bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles).
