Korean Boiled Beef Shank
Ingredients:
garlic chive
beef
napa cabbage
oyster mushroom
enoki mushroom
mustard
red pepper
Instructions:
1.캠핑용 냄비에 함께 배송된 아롱사태수육 육수를 넣습니다.
2. 센불에 5분정도 야채가 익을때까지 팔팔끓어 오르면 불을 끕니다.
3. 고기를 육수에 촉촉히 적신 후 증정된 소스와 찍어드시면 맛있습니다.
4. 먹고남은 육수에 국수나 우동을 삶아서 같이 드셔도 좋습니다.
