[INSTRUCTIONS]
Heat a skillet or wok over high heat and add some oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
Add the marinated beef and vegetables to the hot skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Serve the beef bulgogi hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds if desired.
