Cold Udon Salad [냉우동 샐러드]

Boiling Udon:
Bring 500ml of water to a boil in a pot.
Add the udon noodles to the boiling water.
Stir the noodles gently with chopsticks after 20-30 seconds to loosen them up.
Boil the noodles for 2 minutes.
Drain and rinse the boiled udon in cold water to remove excess starch.
Serve with vegetables and spring mix with sauce.
우동 삶기:
약 500ml 정도 그릇에 물을 붓고 물이 끓으면 우동면을 넣는다.
20~30초 정도 지난 후 젓가락으로 저어보았을 때 자연스럽게 우동면이 풀어준다.
약 2분 정도 삶는다.
삶아진 우동은 찬물에 헹군다.
