Perilla Oil Buckwheat Noodles [들기름막국수]

Instructions:

1.끓는 물에 메밀국수를 넣고 4~5분 가량 삶아줍니다.





2.삶은 면은 찬물에 헹군 후 체에 받쳐 물기를 빼줍니다.

3.그릇에 국수를 담은 후 소스를 넣고 조미김과 깨&들깨가루, 파를 올려줍니다.

4.기호에 따라 계란도 얹어줍니다.



  1. Add the buckwheat noodles to boiling water and cook for about 4–5 minutes.

  2. Rinse the cooked noodles under cold water, then drain well using a strainer.

  3. Place the noodles in a bowl, add the sauce, and top with seasoned seaweed flakes, sesame & perilla seed powder, and green onions.

  4. Add an egg on top if desired.
