Stir-Fried Spicy Chicken is a Korean dish made by stir-fried chicken which marinated diced chicken in a Korean spicy sauce called, “Gochujang” based- sauce. This food is also included with different variety of vegetables including sweet potatoes, tteok (Rice Cake), and cabbages. Galbi in Korean means rib in English.
In 1960s in Korea, this food was used to serve as “anju” which means serving as side dish of alcohols. Over the times, food got popular and word got change into different format in 1970s and ended up using very simple way, Dak-Galbi.
