Hobak Juk is a pumpkin porridge in Korean language. This hearty porridge is made with grind pumpkin and pinch of salt and sugar to adjust the flavor along with some sweet rice. It also has white balls on the top called, “Ong-shim-I” which so it provides some chewy flavor into the porridge.
