Jeon is a Korean dish in which various ingredients (fish, meat, vegetables, etc.) coated with eggs and then thinly fried in a frying pan with oil. People usually spend time with their family while making and eating together it on holidays (New Year's Day, Korean Thanksgiving). Modeum means assorted and this Modeum jeon consisted of the most popular jeon in Korea, such as Crabmeat jeon, Fish jeon, Ground beef jeon, and Zucchini jeon, carefully selected by Meal4U.
