Ingredients:
- 1 pack of anchovy broth
- 1 pack of marinate chicken and vegetables
Instructions:
- In a medium-sized pot, combine the anchovy broth, seasoned chicken, and chopped potatoes.
- Simmer the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally to ensure even seasoning absorption.
- If the seasoning dries up before the potatoes are fully cooked, add water little by little to maintain the desired consistency.
- Once the potatoes are fully cooked and the beef is tender, turn off the heat and let the stew cool for a few minutes.

- 재료 준비 : 멸치육수 1팩, 양념 닭고기 1팩, 물 약간
- 솥에다가 육수와 물, 양념된 고기와 감자를 넣고 감자가 익을 때 까지 중간불에서 끓인다.
- 양념골고루 베어들기 위해서 중간중간 한번씩 저어준다.
- 양념이 졸아들면 물을 조금씩 보충하면서 감자가 익을 때 까지 약 50분~1시간 가량 끊여준다.
