Acorn Jelly (도토리묵)


  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the acorn jelly and blanch for about 5 minutes until it becomes soft and tender.
  • Drain the acorn jelly and let it cool.
  • Once cooled, cut the acorn jelly into bite-sized pieces and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Add the vegetables in the meal kit.
  • Pour the dressing over the acorn jelly and vegetable mixture, and toss to coat evenly.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.


  • 끓는 물에 도토리묵을 넣고 5분 정도 살짝 데쳐준다. 
  • 수저로 건드렸을 때 도토리묵이 부드럽게 찰랑거리면 꺼내어 식힌다.
  • 한김 식은 도토리묵을 한입 크기로 썬다음 야채와 함께 버무린다.
  • 그릇에 담아 서빙한다.
